Why did you decide to work at the RDC?
The scheduling is flexible, the people are great, and I get to gain professional experience doing research at a Fortune 50 company. What’s not to like?

Briefly, what is your project about?
I’m working with Corporate Public Affairs to conduct research for a communication effectiveness survey sent to over 11,000 State Farm employees that measures internal communication effectiveness within the organization

What is your favorite thing about working here?
The company culture here is great – everyone I’ve met is extremely approachable, friendly, and helpful
